I recently came across a number of relatively new, minimalist simple mailers that offered a fantastic editing XP* but – 

– pretty much required to use API or Zapier. And I realized that this may be quite a deal-breaker for many. 

It’s coding. Sucks. Weirdo lines… everyone seems to get it except you. You hire a freelancer on Upwork. Breaks your site, goes to sleep. Charged 900. API still doesn’t work. I get it. Been there. (The breaking site – 12h nap part – true story. I think it was some tracking-related stuff.)

So in this compact micro-mini course, we’ll decipher mailer API docs to a level where you can comfortably add new subscribers to your mailer from your WP site, or update them using API.
