Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “I” “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to Tamás Barad, Sole Trader, Veresegyház, Hungary.

You means the individual who purchased the product.

Digital Products refers to all courses, ebooks, email courses, subscriptions, and Framer templates sold through our service.

Refund Terms by Product Type

Digital Courses

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the course content. To qualify for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of purchase date
  • Provide specific reason for dissatisfaction
  • Access to course materials will be revoked upon refund processing

Email Course Subscriptions

Flexible Cancellation with 30-Day Initial Guarantee

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • For the first 30 days of a new subscription, you may request a full refund
  • After 30 days, no refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods

Single-Purchase Email Courses

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Same terms as digital courses above. You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund if not satisfied with the content.

Ebooks

No Refunds – Final Sale

All ebook purchases are final. Due to the digital nature and immediate delivery of ebooks, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been provided.

Framer Templates

No Refunds – Final Sale

All Framer template purchases are final. Due to the digital nature and immediate access to template files, we do not offer refunds once the template has been downloaded or accessed.

Exception: We will provide refunds for technical issues that prevent the template from functioning as described, provided:

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of purchase
  • The issue is verified as a legitimate technical problem with the template
  • The issue cannot be resolved through support

How to Request a Refund

For eligible products, submit refund requests through:

  1. Contact form on our website
  2. Email to the support address provided with your purchase
  3. Through your Paddle account dashboard

Include in your request:

  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Purchase date
  • Specific reason for refund request
  • Product name

Refund Processing

Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.

Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Fees: We do not charge processing fees for legitimate refund requests. However, payment processor fees may not be refundable.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under EU consumer protection laws:

Right of Withdrawal: You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. However, for digital content that is delivered immediately with your express consent, the right of withdrawal is waived.

Defective Products: If digital content is defective or does not match the description, you may be entitled to remedies under EU law regardless of the specific refund terms above.

Subscription Cancellations

How to Cancel:

  • Log into your account dashboard
  • Contact customer support
  • Use the cancellation link in subscription emails

When Cancellation Takes Effect:

  • Immediate access removal for cancelled subscriptions
  • No prorated refunds unless within the initial 30-day period

Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact us directly. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate revocation of access to all purchased products
  • Suspension of account privileges
  • Additional fees to cover chargeback processing costs

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside these standard terms for:

  • Technical issues that prevent product access
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Other exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion

No Partial Refunds

Except where specifically stated, we do not provide partial refunds for:

  • Individual components of bundled products
  • Changed circumstances or requirements
